Octagonal Blender in Jammu

An Octagonal Blender is basically designed for mixing the dry powder. Better uniformity of mixing at high speed is the best feature of the machine. The specially designed shape of the blender generated the hammering action on the product due to which effective mixing of the Product is obtained. The equipment consists of simple mechanism in which an electric motor is directly coupled to the worm reduction gear box mechanism. The Output shaft of the Gearbox is further connected to the Blender through the heavy-duty Plumber Block; such that they are engaged in rotating the blender at a constant rate of slow speed. The blender with rotating shaft is mounted on A type SS 304 Pipe structure on both sides of the blender.
